工作内容：
-协助开展招聘全流程工作，包括简历筛选、面试安排及候选人沟通跟进；
-负责员工入离职手续办理、档案管理及考勤统计等日常行政事务处理
-协助产品物流UPS/FedEx事宜
-组织策划活动的开展
-招聘网站及供应商的有效管理
-协助部门内部的分账和财务申请
-负责建立公司员工的电子文档
-维护保证公司员工文档的信息准确和更新
-制作月度考勤报表
-协助组织招聘工作
-协助人力资源部日常工作开展
-协助公司日常的行政工作

任职要求：
-英语可用于工作语言，口语流利优先
-大学在校本科生或研一学生
-保证每周工作4个工作日或以上（不包括周六日），能够保证连续工作3个月或以上
-熟悉Office办公软件操作，具备良好的邮件写作能力及数据整理分析能力；
-性格外向开朗，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和亲和力，有相关实习经验者优先；
-工作细致严谨，责任心强；
-对人力资源管理及企业行政运作有浓厚兴趣，渴望在进出口贸易领域发展。 公司简要介绍：
