Job Descriptions:
1. Provide technical support to end users in a timely manner.
及时为用户提供技术支持。
2. Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their IT
needs.

3. Assists with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of
hardware and software.
协助硬件和软件的安装、设定和故障排除。
4. Assists with inventory management and maintaining equipment records.

Job Requirements:
Technical Skills
技術技能：
1.Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
对电脑硬件和软件故障排除有基本的了解。
2.Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 11):
熟悉操作系统（Windows11）:
? Basic operations and basic troubleshooting.
? 基本操作，基本故障排查；
? AD domain, group policy, user accounts, permissions, domain joining and
leaving.
? AD 域、组策略、用户账号、权限、加域退域；
3.Knowledge of common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office365,
Microsoft OneDrive , Microsoft Teams).
了解常见办公软件（例如 Microsoft Office365、Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft TEAMS ）。
4.Familiar with basic operations of network printers, local printers,
multi-function printers (MFPs), scanners and other similar devices.
熟悉和了解网络打印机、本地打印机、多功能一体机（MFP）、扫描仪等设备基础操作。
5.Proficient in troubleshooting common printer issues such as paper jams,
offline status, print spooler errors.
能排查常见打印机故障：卡纸、脱机、打印后台程序错误等。
