Job Purpose
1. Contact customers and agents for well organize the shipment and closely follow the process.
2. Keep overseas agent informed of shipment progress.


Key Accountabilities
1. Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date.
2. Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information.
3. Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
4. Input shipment data and cost into CW1 system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
5. Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
6. Communicate with local agent for delivery & on-board time. 公司简要介绍：
