The job consists in:
? Assist in sample checking and recording according to requirement;
? Arrange sending samples before the inspection;
? Assist in sending packs to QC on each working day;
? Arrange ethical calls to suppliers/factories, and record the feedback;
? Downloading tech files and update them on the system;
? Perform other tasks assigned by manager;
主要职责：
? 负责样品的核对，登记以及管理。
? 验货前寄样品。
? 负责发送验货员验货包。
? 负责拨打工厂及供应商诚信电话，按要求记录。
? 下载验货技术文件，上传系统
? 完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务。
Requirements:
1. students in college or university, all majors accepted;
2. Good computer skills (use of MS Word & Excel);
3. Fluent English in reading and written;
4. Rigorous, careful, organization skills and high sense of responsibility;
5. At least 3 working days per week; internship duration: 3+ months;
6. Location: No. 705 Yishan Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai.
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历在读学生，专业不限；
2. 熟悉Office办公软件（word, excel等）；
3. 英文读写熟练；
4. 严谨、细心、具备组织能力以及高度的责任感；
5. 每周至少3天实习，3个月以上实习期；
6. 地点：上海市徐汇区宜山路705号。
