职位描述

岗位职责：

Types of Production Apprentice Positions:
生产实习操作工岗位类型分为以下几大类：
1.Equipment Operation: Perform equipment operations safely and properly in accordance with production requirements and standard procedures. Monitor equipment operation in real time, and detect and report abnormalities promptly. Participate in equipment inspection and maintenance.
设备操作类主要职责：依据生产要求及标准规程，安全、正确的进行设备操作；实时监控设备运行状态，及时发现、反馈异常；参与设备的点检、保养工作。
2.Production & Manufacturing: Carry out on-site production following "Operation Instruction Manual" and relevant regulations, and complete tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity, including loading parts, assembly, glue application, basket loading and other operations.
生产制造类主要职责：依据现场作业指导书等各项要求，进行现场生产，保质保量完成工作任务，如上件、装配、打胶、装框等。
3.Logistics: Complete material inbound and outbound work timely and accurately. Prepare, verify and deliver materials to designated locations as required. Conduct regular material inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
物流配送类主要职责：及时、准确地完成物料出入库；依据现场要求，准备并核对物料，配送物料至指定地点；定期盘点物料，保证物料准确性。
4.Quality Inspection: In accordance with the requirements of the "Operation Instruction Manual", conduct inspection operations on the relevant inspection items of the vehicle. Timely and accurately record and report any quality issues found to ensure that the inspected vehicles meet the standard requirements and prevent defective problems from leaking out.
品质检验类主要职责：依据现场作业指导书等各项要求，对车辆相关检验项目进行检验作业，针对发现的质量问题进行及时/准确的问题记录和上报，确保检验的车辆符合标准要求，防止带有缺陷的问题流出。

岗位要求：

1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
学历：中专/高中及以上;
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
能够严格根据作业手顺书、作业指导书的顺序、工艺、操作要领完成相关作业；
3.Familiar with the job tools for this job, be able to continuously and independently operations, and meet the job's requirements;
熟练掌握本岗位作业工具，能够连续独立作业，满足岗位要求；
4.Priority will be given to candidates meeting the following requirements for Quality Inspection: have corrected vision of 1.0 or above, no color weakness or color blindness, and normal color discrimination ability; a driver's license of C1 or above with at least two years of experience is required.
对于品质检验类岗位满足以下条件择优录用：矫正视力1.0以上，无色弱、无色盲，辨色能力正常，需具备2年及以上C1及以上驾驶证资质。
