Responsibilities:
1. Assist operations with documentation-related tasks;
2. Verify bills of lading with clients and arrange amendments, telex releases, and other related matters;
3. Process and archive relevant forms, documents, and data;
4. Send documentation to overseas agents after vessel departure;
5. Complete other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with basic knowledge of shipping, logistics, and foreign trade;
2. Fast typing speed and proficiency in office software;
3. Good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
4. Strong proficiency in office software applications;
