3. 合同整理及相关合同管理

业务配合
1. 相关供应商对接和合作流程等
2. 主要协助项目物业公司、租户等外部日常对接
4. 租户账单发送，发票开具、回款跟进
5. 日常楼宇的基础巡查
6. 其它项目的建议书配合等

岗位要求
1. 具有责任心和耐心，做事认真，逻辑性强
2. 具备数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel进行数据分析和PPT报告撰写
3. 具有团队合作精神和自我激励能力，能主动出击，在最少的监督下表现出色

Qualification and experience required
资历及经验要求
1.大学本科，有地产行业有相关运营经验优先考虑，超过6个月实习期优先考虑
