About the Role
Join us to shape how SharkNinja tells its story—both externally to future talent and internally to our people.
As an Employer Branding & Internal Communications Intern, you will play a key role in bringing our culture, people, and impact to life through compelling content and communication initiatives.
This is not a typical HR internship—you will work on real campaigns, real storytelling, and real business impact.
Job Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding
? Support employer branding initiatives and campus events across APAC to enhance talent attraction and brand awareness.
? Create engaging content for platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and LinkedIn.
2. Internal Communications
? Support internal communication key programs and execution across APAC.
? Draft and design internal content including announcements, newsletters, posters, videos and event materials
3. Campaign & Project Support
? Support end-to-end execution of various HR projects and campaigns as needed.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Media or related fields.
- Experience in social media content creation and operation such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat etc.
-Experience in creating and editing videos and posters for visual content generation.
-Familiar with AI tools like Canva, Google Veo, or traditional tools like Photoshop, Jianying, or any other similar design/video editing tools.
Preferred
- Proficient in using English as the working language.
-Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for content creation and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and strong ownership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 公司简要介绍：
