工作职责:
1. 根据供应链订单和预测，制定月度、周度生产计划和日排程；
Develop monthly, weekly production plans and daily schedules based on sales orders and forecasts.
2. 跟踪生产进度，协调解决物料、设备、人员等异常，确保计划按时达成；
Follow up production progress, coordinate and resolve abnormalities related to materials, equipment, manpower, etc., to ensure on-time completion of plans.
3. 负责物料需求计划的运算与下达，控制原材料及半成品库存水平；
Responsible for MRP calculation and release, control inventory level of raw materials and WIP.
4. 组织生产协调会议，通报计划达成情况，并推动滞后订单的改善行动；
Organize production coordination meetings, report plan achievement status, and drive improvement actions for delayed orders.
5. 维护ERP系统中的生产订单、工艺路线及物料清单等基础数据；
Maintain production orders, routing, BOM and other master data in ERP system.
6. 统计并分析计划达成率、设备利用率、订单交付周期等关键指标；
Collect and analyze KPIs such as plan achievement rate, equipment utilization, and order lead time.
7. 参与新产品导入阶段的产能评估及物料准备；
Participate in capacity evaluation and material preparation during NPI phase.
8. 完成上级交办的其他计划相关工作。
Complete other schedules related tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理、统计学等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related fields.
2. 熟悉Office办公软件，精通Excel（透视表、常用函数）；
Familiar with Office software, proficient in Excel (pivot table, common functions).
3. 了解ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle、金蝶、用友等）基本逻辑者优先；
Understanding of basic logic of ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, Yonyou) is preferred.
4. 具备良好的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力；
Good data sensitivity and logical analysis ability.
5. 英语四级及以上，良好的读写能力，能看懂英文订单和邮件；
*CET-4 or above, good reading and writing skills, able to understand English orders and emails.*
6. 责任心强，抗压能力好，具备团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
