Position Overview
Work with Magna Mechatronics Mirrors plants to complete the OEMs business booking target. Maintain good customer relation, and low AR overdue rate.

Job Responsibility
· Explore and identify potential business opportunities with OEMs.
Effectively making order intakes and increasing market share at the customer.
· Collect market information from customers and competitors and based on that information to come up with business strategy for his account.
· Build up and maintain good relationship with customers. Deal with customer’s daily requirements relates to commercial issue.
· Receiving RFQs, responsible for quotation and price negotiation.
· Business Contract Review /LTA Negotiation/ Account Receivable management
· Organize and manage cross-functional team to achieve sales target and support plant to improve financial status.
· Participate budget setting process and forecast sales revenue for short / long term business plan.
· Regular report to management for the sales status /achievement.
· Others
-Perform other duties as required.
-Reasonably judge, identify, and properly handle all the personal information involved in work, and to learn and master the relevant policies and procedures for Magna's data privacy and personal information management. If necessary, need to sign a relevant "commitment letters" of personal information protection in the future.

Qualifications
· Knowledge and Education: bachelor's degree or above
· Skills and Competencies:
-Financial knowledge.
-Willing to travel (domestic and international)
· General Competence
-Good interpersonal relationship; Enthusiastic to his job; Be able to work under big pressure; Optimistic and Result oriented characteristic will be preferred.
-Good command of communication, teamwork sprits, goal focus, customer focus and analysis ability.
-Self-motivation, hardworking, honesty / loyalty to company
IT/Language
-Good command of computer office software (Microsoft offices)
