**What You Will Do**

**1. APAC Spare Parts Distribution Support**

* Support daily operations of the China-based **Spare Parts Distribution Center (DC)**
* Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination across APAC
* Monitor service performance (e.g., delivery timelines, backorders)
* Help improve warehouse and logistics processes
* Validate freight invoices and coordinate payment arrangements


**2. Inventory & Data Analysis**

* Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning
* Assist in analyzing:
* Order fulfillment performance
* Stock availability and risks
* Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making

**3. Purchase Order (PO) Coordination – China to Europe**

* Assist in managing POs from China suppliers to Europe Distribution Center
* Follow up on supplier deliveries and shipment schedules
* Support documentation and coordination for export processes
* Help identify and flag supply risks or delays


**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**

* Work closely with:
* Supply chain planning teams
* Warehouse and logistics partners (3PL)
* Procurement and international stakeholders
* Support issue resolution and operational follow-up


**5. Continuous Improvement**

* Participate in projects to improve:
* Logistics efficiency
* Data visibility and reporting
* Process standardization
* Contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and service level

**What We Are Looking For**

**Education**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s student in:
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields

**Skills & Competencies**
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Good Excel skills (data analysis, basic reporting)
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
* Interest in international supply chain operations

**Languages**
* Fluent in English (working language)
* Mandarin Chinese required
