? Participate in NPD-related work and develop into an NPD expert.
? New product adoption, assist to create new product launch schedule. Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of prototype and development samples.
? Conduct thorough specifications and performance testing according to established quality standards and specifications.
? Document test results, flag deviations, and collaborate with the R&D team on corrective actions.
? Custom sample, ensure on time delivery of custom sample and matches customer’s requirement.
? Develop and maintain a detailed sample planning, proactively identifying potential delays.
? Coordinate day-to-day task assignments.
? Process improvement, drive lean production initiatives.(e.g., reducing waste, shortening lead times)
? Evaluate current custom sample and production workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
? Propose and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles
? Collect, organize, and analyze production and sample data (e.g., sample defect trends).
? Generate regular reports/dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
? Assist in root cause analysis for production anomalies and quality deviations.
? Maintain a comprehensive master sample library, ensuring all master samples, and customer sign-off samples are systematically catalogued and readily retrievable.
? Develop and enforce a strict sample check-in/check-out protocol, logging every movement of master samples to safeguard against loss, misplacement, or unauthorized access. 公司简要介绍：
