Job description:
1. B/L Release Control & Stamp Management
Manage and control company B/L signing stamp, ensuring proper usage in compliance with company procedures and internal control requirements.
负责公司提单（B/L）签单章的管理与控制，确保签单章按照公司流程及内控要求规范使用。
2. Cargo Release Verification
Cross-check cargo release approvals against Credit Control authorizations, maintain B/L stamp records, and promptly report any discrepancies or irregularities.
与 Credit Control 放单授权进行交叉核对，维护提单签章记录，并及时报告任何差异或异常情况。
3. Billing Statement
Assist in freight billing activities, including system billing generation, billing verification, customer coordination.
协助海运费账单相关工作，包括系统账单生成、账单核对、客户对账及跨部门沟通协调。
4. VAT Invoice Issuance and AR follow-up
Prepare and issue VAT invoices accurately and timely in accordance with contractual terms, tax regulations, and company policies. And follow up outstanding shipments timely.
根据合同约定、税务法规及公司政策，准确及时地开具增值税发票。并及时追踪应收款项。
5. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, internal controls, and cross-department collaboration.
协助优化内部流程，提升运营效率、内部控制水平及跨部门协作能力。
6. Ad-hoc Support
Support the Finance Manager in handling urgent matters, special projects, and other ad-hoc assignments.
协助直属上级处理紧急事项、专项项目及其他临时性工作安排。

Qualifications：
1. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
工作细致认真，条理清晰，责任心强。
2. Good command of MS-office application software including Excel.
熟练使用 Office 办公软件，尤其是 Excel。
3. Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
逻辑清晰，能同时处理多项事务。
4. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
沟通表达能力良好，具备团队协作意识。
5. Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Trade or related majors. is preferred.
财务、会计、经济、国际贸易或相关专业在读优先。
6. Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
