About this opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and creative HR Intern to support our dynamic HR team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, HRBP & SSC, and provides cross-functional support across all HR areas. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of HR activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


In this role, you will…

· Assist HRBP and SSC team on internal communication content design and preparation.

· Assist in organizing and executing onsite employee activities such as International Women’s Day, Recognition Week, Month of Wellness, and Family Day etc.

· Help manage and maintain employee profiles and records.

· Provide logistical support for trainings and workshops.

· Assist the TA team on initial resume screening or campus recruitment.


In this role, you’ll need …

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Sense of responsibility, patience, good attitude to work

· With relevant HR or admin intern experiences is preferred

· Good communication skills and good command of English in both verbal & written

· Good organizational and coordination skills

· Able to attend 3 days per week at least. 公司简要介绍：
