Tasks:

● 参与 PCBA 电路设计、电子及硬件模组的开发工作。
Participate in PCBA circuit design and the development of electronic products and hardware modules.

● 根据项目需求完成电路方案规划、原理图绘制、PCB 布局及相关技术文件整理。
Develop circuit solutions, create schematics, complete PCB layout and organize technical documents based on project requirements.

● 负责 PCBA 相关测试、硬件调试、样件验证与问题分析，推动设计优化迭代。
Conduct PCBA testing, hardware debugging, prototype verification and issue analysis to drive design improvements.

● 配合团队完成产品试制、测试验证及量产导入相关工作。
Work with cross-functional teams to support product prototyping, testing verification and production launch.

● 跟进电子行业新器件、新技术，协助优化 PCBA 设计方案。
Follow new electronic components and technologies to support PCBA solution improvement.

● 协助处理硬件故障与设计变更，保障项目按计划推进。
Assist in handling hardware issues and design changes to ensure project progress.

Requirements:

● 本科及以上学历，电子信息、电气工程、自动化、微电子等电子类相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Microelectronics or other related electronic majors.

● 掌握扎实的电子器件选型理论基础，具备模拟、数字电路及硬件设计相关知识。
Solid theoretical foundation in electronic component selection, with basic knowledge of analog circuits, digital circuits and hardware design.

● 毕业论文或各类项目实践中，有 PCBA 设计、验证相关经验者优先。
Prior experience in PCBA design and verification reflected in graduation thesis or practical projects is preferred.

● 熟悉 Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS 等 PCB 设计软件者优先。
Familiarity with PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Cadence or PADS is preferred.

● 具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维和问题分析能力。
Strong learning ability, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

● 英语读写能力良好者优先。
