Key responsibilities
? Campaign & event support
- Build and track smart sheets for campaign work-stream, logistics tracking and update status periodically.
- Material production follow-up: collect quotations, compare specs, follow up payments. Tracking supplier deliverables upon campaign request, flag delays to manager.
? Support in content creation
- Edit and create videos in demand for campaigns, events, deliver quick turnaround with quality
- Simple designs with creative tools
- Translation for external, internal publications and export with correct subtitle specs
? Admin & reporting
- Consolidate media clippings, UGC links, and influencer screenshots within 48 h post-event
- Other tasks supporting managers (ad-hoc logistic coordination, meeting minutes …)

Who we are looking for
A detail-obsessed, highly organized one who keeps everything in track.
Comfortable with logistic timelines, supplier follow-ups and ad-hoc requests from managers.
Proficiency in editing/ designing software is a must.
