POSITION SUMMARY

Support packaging design engineer to follow up new project package design and development, finish the design milestones per the project schedule, optimize the LCM projects package, and finish the assigned tasks from manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Support packaging engineer to handle some packaging design tasks
2.Support packaging engineer to handle packaging test
3.Support packaging engineer to prepare design documents, include drawings/BOM/SPEC
4.Good team player
5.Other tasks assigned by supervisor

POSITION AUTHORITY:
Work closely with packaging design engineers for some design tasks and prepare test samples for packaging test

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
1.Minimum qualification and knowledge required to perform this job

A. Personal Competency
1.Ability to adapt himself/herself to changing requirements, new cultures.
2.Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.

B. Functional Competency
1.Basic knowledge with packaging structure design.
2.Basic knowledge with different package materials, Gift box, Color box, pulp tray, blister, label, etc.
3.Can operate design software AI, able to use Pro-E is perfect.
4.Can use Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, PPT, Word.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.Education
Available options: Secondary School / High School / Junior College / Bachelor Degree / Master or above / Professional member
Major: Mechanical or Engineering

2.Experience
Available options: Less than 1 year / 1-2 years / 3-5 years / 6-10 years / 11-15 years / 15 or more years

Other requirements: Solid global business understanding, Be hands-on and determined to make things happen

3.Language Proficiency
Language level: English reading and writing

二、岗位概述
协助包装设计工程师跟进新项目包装设计与开发，按照项目节点完成设计工作；优化量产项目包装方案，完成上级安排的其他工作。

三、岗位职责
1.协助包装工程师完成各类包装设计相关工作（工作占比高）
2.协助工程师整理设计资料，包含图纸、物料清单、规格书（工作占比中等）
3.完成上级安排的其他工作（工作占比中等）

四、岗位权限
1.配合包装设计工程师开展设计工作，协助制作包装测试样品

（二）专业能力
1.掌握基础包装结构设计知识
2.熟悉各类包装材料：礼盒、彩盒、纸托、吸塑、标签等
3.会使用 AI 设计软件，熟练使用 Pro-E 者优先
4.熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）

（三）学历与相关背景
1.学历要求：大专 / 本科均可
2.专业：机械、工程相关专业
3.工作经验：无硬性工作经验要求
其他要求：具备基础全球化业务认知，动手能力强，执行力强
