1. 市场信息收集与分析
协助收集目标区域的物业招投标信息、竞企动态、市场趋势，整理成简报或数据库，支撑市拓决策。
2. 投标事务协助
配合完成标书基础资料整理、排版校对、打印封装、盖章归档等全流程辅助工作，确保标书零差错交付。
3. 营销物料制作
参与撰写和美化市场PPT、服务建议书的文书工作，协助更新公司官网/公众号的市拓案例内容。
4. 客户数据维护
协助更新客户管理系统（CRM）中的线索、商机与合同台账，定期输出数据汇总表。
5. 活动支持与行政事务
协助筹备项目考察接待、行业沙龙等市场活动，完成部门文档管理等日常事务。

技能工具：
精通Office，尤其擅长PPT美化排版和Excel数据整理；
具备一定文字功底，能撰写基本商务文案；
素质能力：
细心严谨，对资料反复核对，有强烈的“零差错”意识；
