Support project execution tasks including project folder maintenance, cross-functional milestone tracking, project database maintenance and other tasks as assigned during project execution. The candidate will get opportunities to build solid project management capabilities.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:
1. Support daily project execution routine work, including regular project folder sorting and maintenance, ensuring complete and standardized project documents.
2. Assist in tracking cross-functional project milestones, follow up work progress of different teams regularly, and sort out progress feedback and risk points timely.
3. Be responsible for daily update and maintenance of project database to guarantee data accuracy and timeliness.
4. Assist other project execution tasks as assigned. Be able to using SAP datas.
5. Learn end-to-end project management workflow in actual business scenarios, and accumulate practical project management experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1. Education Background: Current undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Project Management, Business Administration, Electronic Information or related majors, available for internship for no less than 3 months. Long term is preferred.
2. Professional Knowledge: Have basic understanding of project management process; familiar with common office software (Word, Excel, PPT) for daily document sorting and data statistics.
3. Soft Skills: Careful, patient and responsible for daily repetitive work; possess good communication skills to cooperate with cross-functional teams; strong logical thinking and time management ability.
4. Language Ability: Good English reading and writing ability for daily English document sorting.
5. Others: Proactive learning attitude, willing to take initiative in work, able to follow team requirements to finish assigned tasks efficiently.
