ABOUT THE ROLE (INTERNSHIP)
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Supply Chain & Planning team, supporting categories such as Kitchen, Floorcare, Personal Care, and Home Environment.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, planning, and operations, with opportunities to work on real business projects and build practical skills in data analysis and AI-enabled workflows.

Location: Shenzhen, China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support sourcing and planning activities, including data collection, tracking, and coordination
Assist in RFQ processes, quotation comparison, and basic cost analysis
Maintain and update procurement, demand, and inventory data
Support cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning teams
Assist in PO processing, reporting, and documentation management

AI & DATA TASKS
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to support reporting, data summarization, and workflow efficiency
Build or support simple dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
Assist in data cleaning, structuring, and analysis

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s student (Year 3 or above) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Basic understanding of supply chain/planning is a plus
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or AI tools is an advantage
Good English communication skills (CET-6 preferred)
