Your role:
? Conducting surveys and stakeholder interviews to assess the current landscape of social media accounts across China entities (e.g., account positioning, content strategy, functionality, and performance)
? Performing a benchmarking analysis of competitors’ social media accounts (content types, engagement, branding, differentiation)
? Consolidating findings into a comprehensive report, including:
? Key insights
? Identified gaps and opportunities
? Translating insights into content planning for the Holding-level RedNote account, including at least 1 employer branding campaign
? Supporting the execution, monitoring, and performance tracking of selected campaigns

Qualification and Skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable conducting interviews
? Fluent in verbal English communication
? Familiar with and passionate about major social media platforms in China (especially RedNote, WeChat, etc.)
? Analytical and structured thinking abilities
? Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe) are a plus
Education
? Undergraduate senior year or above, major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related fields.
