● Align with selfcare strategy, be responsible for manufacturing reliability, asset resilience, capability building, and continuously improve to meet business goals, include asset reliability management, technical renovation, ensure quality & safety and maintenance CAPEX project implementation.
● Responsible for full life cycle asset management, include define the machine criticality, design the preventive maintenance plan, manage the asset performance, build the parts inventory plan, control the maintenance budget and the continue improvement on machine and other key KPI for plant;
● Responsible for coordinate network or NPD project to support business growth, and support engineering on key capacity expansion and new asset/facility installation
● Leading the maintenance technician group on RCPS to support the manufacturing resilience;

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● Be familiar with the mechanical/electrical/Automation and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, GMP, project management experience.
● With strong sense of quality and EHS.
● Have ability on innovation and lean manufacturing.
● Good professional qualities, team spirit and communication ability, have a strong sense of responsibility, have the dedication spirit.
● With fluent English on read, write and communicate
