【工作内容】
1、协助算法团队进行物流场景数据清洗与标注，构建货代领域专用训练数据集；
2、参与大模型在运单识别、智能报价及路径规划等核心业务场景的测试与验证；
3、负责监控模型运行效果，分析异常案例并输出优化建议报告以迭代模型性能；
4、配合完成跨部门需求调研，将业务痛点转化为具体的技术落地需求文档；
5、跟进行业前沿动态，整理竞品分析报告，为产品功能迭代提供数据支撑。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或物流相关专业，具备扎实的编程基础；
2、熟悉Python语言，了解Transformer架构及主流大模型框架（如PyTorch）者优先；
3、对物流货运流程有基本认知，具备良好的逻辑思维能力与数据分析敏感度；
4、学习能力强，抗压性好，能主动探索新技术并快速适应敏捷开发节奏；
5、每周出勤4天以上，持续实习3个月及以上，表现优异者提供转正机会。 公司简要介绍：

Founded in 1990, the Topocean Group has experienced 16 years of continuous growth serving the fast growing Asia trade. By the late 1990’s, Topocean had a well established network of offices and agents throughout Asia.
