岗位职责：
1. 根据TRD、工厂通用EOLT规范及其他技术文档，制定EOLT规范。
2. 针对CQR活动开展技术可行性研究。在供应商支持下，制定稳健且低成本的EOLT解决方案。
3. 协助AME团队根据IATF16949/VDA6.3体系，为获奖项目建立并启动制造流程。
4. 建立BCS内部EOLT基准及通用测试应用系统平台，以支持未来授予项目的全球协调需求。
5. 保持BCS内部EOLT基准和通用系统，以适应BCS EOLT标准化实施和成本节约。
6. 支持并指导外部EOLT供应商按照BCS标准化目标开发机器。
7. 与软件专家合作开发EOLT软件平台，并按照BCS要求持续更新系统。
8. 部门主管或经理分配的其他任务及海外项目支持工作。
1. Create EOLT specification based on TRD, Plant general EOLT specification and other technicial documentations.
2. Implement Technical feasibility study for CQR activities. Figure out robust and low cost EOLT solutions with support of suppliers.
3. Support AME team to build and launch manufacturing process for awarded projects according to IATF16949/VDA6.3 system.
4. Estabilish BCS internal EOLT bench and generic test application system platform for future awarded project and globally coordinating.
5. Maintain BCS internal EOLT bench and generic system for fiting BCS EOLT standardzation implementation and cost saving.
6. Support and Guide external EOLT supplier to develop machine as BCS standardzation target.
7. Work with software expert to develop EOLT solfware platform and keep system updated as BCS expection.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager and support oversea projects.


任职要求：
1) 电子信息工程，电气自动化，计算机工程，应用电子工程学士学位，以及电气完整性领域。
2) 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。具备出色的英语读写能力，口语英语能力亦为佳。
3) 能够阅读或绘制电气图纸（EPLAN），熟练掌握NI DAQmx、Visionpro、车载总线（LIN、CAN、Flexray）及Keysight数字多用表。
4) 精通计算机技能，包括Visual C#和Basic语言、NI Labview/Teststand开发。熟悉嵌入式系统知识者优先。
5) 有主从站生产线系统（SCADA、SAMS或MES）经验者优先，需熟悉Profi-bus、Profi-net及OPC
6) 具备新型测试设备的构建、调试及验证经验，或拥有类似项目经验。
1) Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Automation, Computer Engineering, Applied Electronics Engineering, or a related field with expertise in electrical integrity.
2) Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability. Excellent English reading and writing proficiency, with strong spoken English preferred.
3) Ability to read or create electrical drawings (EPLAN), proficient in NI DAQmx, VisionPro, vehicle bus systems (LIN, CAN, FlexRay), and Keysight digital multimeters.
4) Proficient in computer skills, including Visual C# and Basic programming languages, as well as NI LabVIEW/TestStand development. Knowledge of embedded systems is a plus.
5) Experience with master-slave production line systems (SCADA, SAMS, or MES) is preferred; familiarity with Profibus, Profinet, and OPC is required.
6) Experience in building, debugging, and validating new test equipment, or similar project experience. 公司简要介绍：
