【工作内容】
1、协助开展检测认证行业岗位的简历筛选与面试邀约，维护招聘渠道日常运营；
2、负责员工档案建立跟进，确保人事数据准确无误；
3、参与组织内部培训及员工活动，协助搭建企业文化氛围并提升团队凝聚力；
4、对接业务部门需求，收集岗位信息并更新职位发布内容，优化人才画像匹配度；
5、完成上级交办的其他人力资源基础及日常行政事务。

【任职要求】
1、统招本科及以上学历在读，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2、熟悉办公软件操作，具备基本的数据处理能力及公文写作功底；
3、对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣，了解招聘流程，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
4、性格开朗稳重，责任心强，能适应快节奏工作环境并具备团队协作精神；
5、每周出勤至少4天，实习期不少于3个月，可尽快到岗者优先考虑。
