Responsibilities
1. HR Data Administration:
- Timely database maintenance and corresponding data audit in SAP-HR & BIPO to ensure records accuracy for HR reports.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS.
- Attendance management in ESS to support monthly payroll, including attendance related reports and analysis
- P-files administration to ensure paper documents integrity & confidentiality

2. Expatriates' Work Pass Management

3. Employment Contract management
- Governmental register of employment and social insurance for new hire & exit
- Employment contract concluding, renewal & termination

4. Liaise with commercial insurance vendor on new hire enrollment, staff list updates and routine claim process.

5. Involved in communications and feedback mechanism to ensure employee and manager knowledge of C&B policies, procedures and programs.


Qualification：
1. Bachelor's degree, graduate in 2027，can start internship from now to Jun 2027, will convert to regular staff based on internship performance.
2.Microsoft skills especially skilled in Excel.
3.Fluent in both written and oral English.
4.High confidentiality & accountability required.
5.Service oriented and attention to details & accuracy.
6.Self-motivated and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

1.人力资源数据管理：
-及时维护SAP-HR & BIPO的数据库并进行相应的数据审计，以确保HR报表记录的准确性；
-参与HRIS的实施和改进；
-在系统中进行考勤管理，支持月度工资，包括考勤相关报告和分析；
-文件管理，确保纸质文件的完整性和保密性；

3.劳动合同管理
-政府登记的就业和社会保险的新员工和退出
-劳动合同的订立、续订和终止
4.与商业保险供应商就新员工登记、员工名单更新和日常索赔流程保持联系。
5.参与沟通和反馈机制，以确保员工和经理了解薪酬政策，程序和计划。

资格要求：
1.本科学历，2027年毕业，可以先从2026/8月开始实习，在毕业前，根据实习表现予以转正。
2.熟练使用Excel软件
3.英语读写流利
4.要求高度保密和问责
5.注重服务，注重细节和准确性
6.自我激励，能在快节奏环境中独立工作
7.良好的沟通和人际交往能力
