About Us

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly payroll calculation, data check and file sorting to ensure accurate and on-time payroll delivery
- Support expatriate employees' tax declaration, document sorting and daily tax compliance follow-up
- Maintain employee data and assist with other daily HR ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements
- Current university students only；Master is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Solid Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data sorting & filtering) capability is a must.
- Able to work at least 3 days/week, long-term internship (3+ months) with 5 days/ per week is preferred.
- Good English proficiency for reading and writing
- Meticulous, highly responsible and quick learner
