Orange Branding 是一家荷兰产品设计与工程咨询公司，在荷兰和广州设有办公室。我们与国际客户及中国制造企业合作，负责创新消费产品从产品开发、样机制作到量产导入的全过程。

岗位职责：
- 协助产品从样机开发到量产的项目管理。
- 与荷兰客户、中国工厂及供应商进行日常沟通协调。
- 跟进机械、电子及产品开发进度。
- 跟进样机制作、测试、工程变更及生产准备。
- 协调金属、木材、塑胶、电子及装配等供应商。
- 编制及维护 BOM（物料清单）、项目计划及工程资料。
- 组织项目会议，跟进各项工作及问题解决。
- 定期向项目负责人汇报项目进度、质量、成本及风险。

任职要求：
- 本科或硕士学历，应届毕业生欢迎申请。
- 专业包括：
机械工程；
机电工程；
工业设计（工程方向）；
制造工程；
产品设计与开发；
自动化；
或相关工程专业。
- 具备机械设计及制造基础知识。
- 了解电子产品基础知识者优先。
- 能看懂工程图纸。
- 熟悉 SolidWorks、Creo、Fusion 360 或其他 CAD 软件。
- 英语读写及口语良好，可与海外团队沟通。
- 普通话流利。
- 工作认真负责，沟通能力强，执行力好，愿意学习。

工作地点及出勤要求（重要）：
本岗位为工程现场管理岗位，不是纯办公室工作。
办公地点位于广州琶洲，项目工厂位于广州增城。
工作期间需每周至少驻厂 2 天；在样机开发、测试及试产阶段，通常需要每周驻厂 3–4 天。

主要工作包括：
- 样机检查与测试
- 工程问题跟进
- 与工厂工程师沟通
- 品质及生产进度跟进
- 协调供应商及项目执行

Junior Engineering Project Management Coordinator (Mechanical / Mechatronics)

Company:
Orange Branding is a Dutch product design and engineering company with offices in Guangzhou and the Netherlands. We develop consumer products together with Chinese manufacturers for international clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product development from prototype to production.
- Communicate with Dutch clients in English and Chinese factories in Mandarin.
- Follow up engineering progress with mechanical and electronics engineers.
- Visit factories to check prototypes, quality and production progress.
- Coordinate suppliers for metal, wood, plastic, electronics and assembly.
- Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), quotations and project documents.
- Organise meetings and follow up action items.
- Report project progress to the project manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in:
* Mechanical Engineering
* Mechatronics
* Industrial Design Engineering
* Manufacturing Engineering
* Product Development
* Or related engineering majors
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of electronics is preferred.
- Able to read engineering drawings.
- Familiar with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion 360 or similar).
- Good English reading, writing and speaking.
- Native Mandarin Chinese.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

Factory Work Requirement:
- This position is not an office-only job.
-You will work at our partner factory at least 2 days per week, and 3-4 days per week during prototype and production periods.

Factory work includes:
- Prototype inspection
- Engineering meetings
- Quality follow-up
- Production coordination
- Problem solving with factory engineers
