General Purpose of the Position:
? Insure the availability of material for the plant in right quantity, place, and time.

Major Responsibilities:
? Run material requirement planning (MRP)
? Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers. Track the confirmation and shipment. Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement
? Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. Manage supplier pull system when required
? Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability
? Support lean principles by update the PFEP database, initiatives of MCIP and inventory reduction, and DMS implementation
? Projects as assigned by manager

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
? Excellent English. Good communication skills
? 3 years experiences in: production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management
? Strong PC and systems skilled
? Good analytical and problem solver skills.
? Organized and disciplined.

Experience:
? Experience in production operations (optional)
? Kanban system experience
? Pull System
? Supply Chain Management
? Inventory management
? Experience on MRP/ERP systems
