哈敏吉 (宁波)是敏实集团进军汽车内饰材料市场的核心工厂，位于宁波春晓，集研发、生产及销售为一体，在汽车内饰材料的生产(涵盖挤出、涂装、印花等先进工艺)方面有丰富的经验并具备核心的制造工艺，主要产品为TPO和PVC创新皮革材料，并拥有独立的皮纹开发能力，产品应用到仪表盘，扶手，座椅等内饰，能够为客户提供专业、高质、先进的服务。 哈敏吉的血统源自于北美Haartz、敏实和葡萄牙TMG，三大汽车材料和零部件领域的***供应商强强联合。

岗位要求：
1、2027年毕业生，本科及硕士学历，高分子材料学/化学相关专业，
2、英语4级以上，具备流利英语口语交流能力，
3、全职实习加就业，可培养转正。
4、较强的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力，自驱力强。
