岗位职责
一、招聘支持
● 协助完成招聘全流程工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、电话初筛、面试安排及跟进反馈；
● 维护并更新招聘渠道，协助拓展新兴招聘平台，提升人才获取效率；
● 协助整理候选人信息，建立并维护人才库，定期更新候选人状态；
● 参与拓展校园招聘或实习生招聘渠道，招聘活动的策划与执行；

二、学习与发展支持
● 协助培训需求调研、课程安排及讲师对接，跟进培训前中后各项准备工作；
● 协助搭建和优化内部学习平台内容，上传课程资料、整理学习记录；
● 参与培训效果评估，收集学员反馈，协助撰写培训总结报告；
● 协助策划员工发展项目，如内训师计划、内部讲座等；
● 协助整理员工学习档案，跟踪学习进度，推动学习文化落地。

任职要求
● 本科及以上在读学生，工科背景优先；
● 每周可实习3天及以上，实习期不少于3个月；
● 对招聘与人才发展有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的沟通协调能力与执行力；
● 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel和PPT；
● 工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作意识；
● 有学生会、社团组织或相关实习经历者优先。 公司简要介绍：
