【工作内容】
- 负责日常招聘流程中的简历筛选与初步评估，协助完成招聘与配置相关工作；
- 通过电话与候选人进行初步沟通，通知面试安排并做好相关信息记录；
- 协助完成新员工入职材料的收集、整理与归档，确保信息准确无误；
- 参与人力资源相关基础性事务工作，如档案管理、数据录入及信息维护等；
- 配合部门完成临时性任务，如活动支持、会议记录及文件整理等；
- 协助优化招聘流程，提升招聘效率与员工体验；
- 负责人事档案整理工作。

【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历
在读学生岗位，2027毕业/非应届生优先 每周工作至少4天
- 不限工作经验，但需具备良好的英文读写能力，能够熟练使用办公软件
- 具备较强的责任心、细心谨慎、有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神
