工作职责
1. 支持雇主品牌视觉物料落地执行，内外部人力资源项目、活动的全流程物料制作，协助完成PPT视觉美化、活动海报、宣传图设计，熟练使用Canva完成各类品牌视觉输出，宣传短视频剪辑与包装；
2. 支持社招公众号日常运营，包括图文排版、文案润色、素材整理（秀米、Canva）；
3. 负责各类品牌多媒体素材制作、剪辑优化、资料可视化整理。

岗位要求
1. 在校大学生，大三优先，可尽快入职；
2. 每周至少出勤3天，周一、周二、周四固定线下到岗，实习周期3个月及以上；
3. 英语六级及以上，具备良好读写能力；
4. 熟练使用 Canva、PPT 视觉美化，熟练使用剪映；掌握PR优先；
5. 具备审美基础，有品牌物料设计、短视频剪辑、新媒体排版经验者优先；
6. 文笔流畅、学习能力强，能快速适配企业品牌风格；
7. 执行力强、细致耐心，可多任务并行，抗压能力良好。
