核心职责：
1. 跨业务/区域财务数据整合与核对（数据运营优化）：
? 收集、整理并标准化多条业务线/区域的关键财务数据（收入、成本、利润、现金流、关键指标等），支持统一口径的数据汇总与分析。
? 跟进并解决数据差异，定位原因并提出改进建议，确保数据准确一致；清晰记录核对过程与结论。
? 协助维护数据收集工具与基础流程文档，持续优化数据处理效率。

2. 财务规划、预测与业绩分析：
? 支持准备定期管理报告与业务回顾材料，清晰呈现财务表现、关键指标及分析结论。
? 基于经核实的财务数据和分析，为各个条线提供及时、相关的财务信息与初步洞察，协助其理解业绩表现。
? 支持业务决策，在指导下进行特定场景的财务建模与分析（如小型项目评估、成本效益分析）。

3. 跨团队汇报与沟通：
? 基于已核对的数据，支持定期管理汇报与临时分析需求的材料准备、整理与提交，确保信息清晰、可追溯。

任职要求：
? 学历背景：财务、会计、经济或相关专业。
? 工作经验：
每周至少三天在岗实习，实习期6个月。（暂不提供转正机会）
优先考虑拥有会计师事务所审计或咨询部门的实习经验。此经验奠定了扎实的财务基础、风险意识、报告准则理解及严谨性。
优先有企业财务部门实习经验，特别是财务规划与分析（FP&A）、财务运营或财务报告岗位。有大型企业或多业务条线环境工作经验者优先。
? 专业技能：
扎实的财务与会计知识： 精通会计准则，深入理解财务报表及其勾稽关系。
出色的数据分析与问题解决能力： 能够处理、分析复杂数据，发现趋势、异常及根源。对数据高度敏感且追求精确。
熟练使用Excel：必须熟练掌握高级函数（VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、SUMIFS、INDEX/MATCH）、数据透视表、图表制作等；具备基础财务建模能力。
