Main Tasks:
- Assist with interview scheduling and maintain/update recruitment-related records.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist in coordinating training programs, including venue arrangements, attendance tracking, and preparation of training materials.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Perform HR data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Support other HR projects and daily administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; Human Resources Management or related majors are preferred.
- Available to intern at least 3 days per week, with a commitment of 3 months or longer preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
