Job Purpose:
Support the Accounting Manager and Finance Team in maintaining daily finance operations. The role will assist with routine accounting activities, month-end closing support, financial documentation, legal case related financial information retrieval, and administrative finance processes to ensure compliance and accurate record keeping.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily accounting and finance activities.
2. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Prepare account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules.
4. Assist in collecting and organizing financial documents for internal and external audits.
5. Support financial information retrieval and document preparation related to legal cases and historical transactions.
6. Maintain and archive accounting records and supporting documentation.
7. Follow up status of accounts payable and accounts receivable items as assigned.
8. Support tax filing preparation and compliance-related documentation.
9. Assist in ERP data checking and reporting activities.
10. Prepare routine finance reports and analyses as requested.
11. Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Required Competencies:
Basic accounting knowledge,Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Strong attention to detail,Good document management and filing skills,Basic understanding of financial statements
Strong learning ability,Good communication skills

Education & Experience:
1. Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
2. Previous internship experience in accounting, audit or finance is preferred.
3. Basic English reading and writing skills preferred.
