Job Description：
? Project Coordination: Support day-to-day coordination of digital projects, including project tracking, task follow-up, meeting coordination, timeline updates, and communication with internal stakeholders.
? AI Video Project Support: Assist with AI video creation projects, including video material preparation, edit-ing support, prompt preparation, output review, basic post-processing, and coordination with project own-ers.
? AI Data Collection: Collect, organize, and structure data required for AI use cases, including text, image, video, process, and operational data based on project requirements.
? AI Data Cleaning and Labeling: Support data cleaning, formatting, classification, labeling, quality check-ing, and preparation for AI model training, testing, or business analysis.
? Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action item lists, pro-cess records, data logs, training materials, and project status reports in a structured and traceable way.
? Digital Content and Communication Support: Prepare simple presentations, visual materials, project summaries, and communication content to support digital transformation initiatives.
? Research and Tool Exploration: Explore new AI tools, video generation tools, data productivity tools, and digital collaboration methods, and summarize findings for possible project application.

Requirements:
? Educational Background: Bachelor or Master student in Digital Media, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
? AI Interest and Experience: Strong interest in AI applications. Experience with AI tools, generative AI, AI video tools, prompt writing, or AI-based content creation is highly preferred.
? Video Editing Skills: Experience with video editing, short video production, subtitles, storyboard preparation, or tools such as CapCut, Jianying, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software is preferred.
? Data Handling Skills: Basic capability in data collection, data cleaning, data organization, Excel, Pow-erPoint, and structured information management. Experience with Python, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
? Documentation and Communication: Good written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare clear meeting minutes, project records, reports, and presentation materials.
? Project Mindset: Proactive, well-organized, responsible, and able to follow up tasks across different stakeholders in a fast-moving project environment.
? Language: Good English reading and writing ability is preferred; ability to work in both Chinese and English is a plus. 公司简要介绍：
