岗位职责
1. 日常行政事务：文件打印、整理归档、办公用品申领盘点、会议室预约布置、快递收发、来访接待等基础行政杂务；
2. 数据整理处理：Excel 信息录入、表格核对、台账更新、数据汇总统计、各类资料分类排版；
3. 电话对接工作：接听内外来电、信息登记、咨询转接、团队通知传达；
4. 市场辅助杂项工作：宣传物料整理、清点、打包寄送；市场素材、宣传资料分类归档；线下活动、展会前期物料筹备、人员信息统计、现场简易协助；市场基础数据录入、名单整理；配合完成市场部临时交办的各类辅助工作；
5. 协助团队团建、会议落地，完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。

任职要求
1. 在校大学生，专业不限，市场营销、文秘、经管类相关专业优先；
2. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，可独立完成 Excel 基础数据处理；
3. 细心耐心，逻辑清晰，擅长资料整理，能接受琐碎重复性工作；
4. 沟通温和得体，电话、线下接待举止礼貌，具备基础沟通应变能力；
5. 踏实靠谱，执行力强，责任心强，到岗时间稳定，可长期实习优先；
6. 对市场营销基础工作有兴趣，愿意配合团队完成行政、市场双线辅助工作。 公司简要介绍：
