Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in comprehensive business onboarding and gain a deep understanding of the maritime service industry, vessel operations, and RMS business model;
2. Develop professional capabilities through practical exposure in key business functions, including Sales, Procurement & Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Engagement, and Technical Services;
3. Participate in real business projects, including customer development, project execution, supplier management, product optimization, and on-site service activities;
4. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to facilitate project delivery and enhance customer experience;
5. Support key company initiatives and business improvement projects, developing capabilities in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and business analysis;
6. Gradually take ownership of independent responsibilities based on individual strengths and career development direction, growing into future business professionals and management talents.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 2027 graduates preferred;
2. Open to candidates from various academic backgrounds. Preferred majors include:
● Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or other maritime-related majors;
● Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, and other engineering disciplines;
● International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management;
● English, Business Administration, Marketing, and related fields;
3. Strong learning ability and logical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand new industries and knowledge;
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams;
5. High sense of responsibility, ownership, and willingness to take on challenges;
6. Good English communication skills are preferred;
7. Candidates with overseas study/exchange experience, internship experience, student leadership experience, or project experience are preferred.

岗位职责
1. 参与公司核心业务学习，深入了解航运服务行业、船舶运营模式及公司业务体系；
2. 根据业务发展需求，在销售、采购供应链、产品管理、客户运营、技术服务等方向进行岗位实践，快速建立业务理解和专业能力；
3. 参与客户开发、项目推进、供应商管理、产品优化、现场服务等实际业务工作，提升解决问题和业务运营能力；
4. 协同内部团队及外部客户、供应商开展业务沟通，推动项目落地并提升客户服务体验；
5. 参与公司重点项目及业务改善工作，培养项目管理、跨部门协作及经营分析能力；
6. 根据个人能力特点及发展方向，逐步承担独立业务职责，成长为未来业务骨干及管理人才。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，2027届毕业生优先；
2. 专业不限，以下专业优先考虑：
● 船舶相关专业；
● 机械、电气、自动化等工程类专业；
● 国际贸易、物流管理、供应链管理；
● 英语、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业；
3. 具备良好的学习能力和逻辑思维能力，能够快速理解新行业、新知识；
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，愿意与客户、供应商及内部团队进行多方协作；
5. 具备责任意识和主人翁精神，愿意接受挑战并承担业务责任；
6. 英语能力良好，能够进行日常工作沟通者优先；
7. 有海外交流、实习经历、学生组织管理、项目实践经验者优先。
