岗位职责：

1. 实习生招聘支持Intern Recruitment Support
- 协助明确招聘需求，发布职位信息，筛选简历并进行初步电话沟通，评估候选人适配性。
Assist in clarifying recruitment needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- 协调面试安排及接待，实时追踪招聘进展，更新维护各招聘平台渠道的岗位信息，建立人才库。
Coordinate interview arrangements and reception, track recruitment progress in real time, update and maintain job postings across various platforms, and build a talent pool.

2. 员工入离职及员工关系支持 Onboarding & Offboarding and Employee Relations Support
- 办理实习生入职及离职事项，协助正式员工的入职相关手续。
Handle intern onboarding and offboarding procedures, and assist with new hire onboarding for regular employees.
- 处理实习生入职后的日常工作问题，协助员工关系基础事务的跟进。
Address daily work-related issues for interns after onboarding, and support basic employee relations matters.

3. COE员工敬业度活动支持 COE Employee Engagement Activities Support
- 协助策划和组织员工敬业度相关活动（如团建、培训、企业文化活动等）。
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities (e.g., team building, training, corporate culture events, etc.).
- 参与活动的前期筹备、物料制作、现场执行及后期复盘。
Participate in event preparation, material production, on-site execution, and post-event review.

4. 宣传物料与PPT制作 Visual Materials & PPT Production
- 运用PPT对项目信息进行结构化梳理与美化输出，支撑汇报和展示。
Use PPT to structure and beautify project information for reporting and presentation purposes.
- 运用可画（Canva）、Photoshop等工具制作活动海报、宣传图文等视觉物料。
Use tools such as Canva and Photoshop to create event posters, promotional graphics, and other visual materials.

5. 其他支持工作 / Other Ad-hoc Support
- 完成主管布置的其他工作，如会议后勤支持、项目追踪、数据整理等。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor, such as meeting logistics support, project tracking, and data organization.

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上在读学生，人力资源、心理学、工商管理或相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above in progress, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. 沟通表达能力优秀，对招聘工作有浓厚兴趣，未来有意在HR领域发展。
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Have interest in recruitment and a desire to develop a career within HR filed.

3. 工作细致认真，有责任心，具备良好的执行力。具备一定的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong execution ability. Basic English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

4. 具备海报制作能力，熟悉可画、Photoshop等设计工具者优先
Possess poster-making skills; familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is preferred.

5. 每周出勤不少于3天，可长期实习者优先。
