Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Documentation & Work Instructions
? Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of assembly and work instructions.
? Assist in implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensuring related documentation is updated accordingly.
? Verify consistency between engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
? Support document standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Data Maintenance
? Assist in maintaining process master data, routings, and Bill of Process (BOP) information.
? Support document version control and data management activities.
? Prepare and analyze production-related reports and datasets.
Continuous Improvement Support
? Participate in shopfloor observations and process reviews.
? Collect and organize production, cycle time, and process performance data.
? Support process optimization, layout improvement, and productivity projects.
Daily Operational Support
? Assist with Process Engineering ticket tracking and follow-up activities.
? Support cross-functional communication with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
? Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and project documentation.
? Provide general administrative and project support to the Process Engineering team.


Requirements
Education
? Bachelor's or Master's degree student in:
o Industrial Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
o Manufacturing Engineering
o Automation Engineering
o Or other related disciplines
Skills & Qualifications
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
? Strong documentation and organizational skills.
? Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
? Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
? Good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
? Knowledge of SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems.
? Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
? Experience with technical documentation or work instruction creation.
? Familiarity with Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus.

? Detail-oriented and well organized.
? Strong communication and coordination skills.
? Proactive and eager to learn.
? Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Internship Requirements
? Available at least 3–5 days per week.
