岗位职责

日常对接内外部视觉相关线上数字物料设计需求，包含但不限于H5页面、banner、小红书笔记配图、公众号长图排版、社交媒体海报等设计内容；

负责线下实体物料设计，包括围挡、活动海报、易拉宝、周边衍生品等。

协助产品图片素材处理。


任职要求

熟练操作Photoshop、Illustrator，熟练使用AIGC生图优先。

设计相关专业，每周到岗≥4天，实习期≥6个月。

具备有良好的审美能力，对色彩、构图、字体设计敏感。了解运动品牌视觉风格，关注大运动/潮流/户外领域的优秀视觉案例。

1977年单板滑雪运动创始人之一的Jake Burton（译音：杰克.波顿）在美国维蒙德州的伯灵顿市创建了单板品牌公司“BURTON”及单板生产工厂。初期主要是为了单板爱好者设计及生产单板，经过40年的发展BURTON经营范围也从之前单一的单板制造商变为包括单板、固定器、雪鞋、滑雪服、箱包、功能性户外服饰及功能性休闲服饰等各个领域。
在现阶段的全球单板产业链里BURTON是不可忽视的主导品牌，目前为止BURTON这一个品牌的市场占有率可以达到全球单板产业的70%。
Burton Histroy:
In 1977, Jake Burton, one of the pioneers who started snowboarding, founded the *** snowboarding company Burton and snowboarding factory in Burlington, Vermont, USA. Initially making snowboards was only for snowboarding fans. After 30 years of development, Burton has become *** snowboarding brand in the world with 4 other affiliated brands. The business has expanded from sole snowboard manufacturer to all fields including snowboards, bindings, boots, outerwear, bags and luggage, technical apparel, etc.
Burton is a leading brand in nowadays’ snowboarding industry in the world. So far, Burton’s market share reaches 70% in the global snowboarding industry.
