Join the AI & Digital Transformation team to develop and deploy AI solutions that drive smart manufacturing and operational excellence. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, automation engineers, and external partners to identify high-value AI use cases, build intelligent applications, and accelerate scalable AI adoption across TE China Operations.

1. Discover High-Value AI Opportunities |
挖掘高价值AI应用场景
1、Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to understand business needs and pain points.
与制造、质量、供应链、仓库及运营团队协作，理解业务需求与痛点。
2、Analyze business processes and identify AI use cases with clear feasibility, scalability, and measurable value.
分析业务流程，识别具备可行性、可复制性及可量化价值的AI应用场景。
3、Conduct use-case assessment, solution design, and proof-of-concept validation.
开展场景评估、方案设计及概念验证。
4、Define success metrics, quantify business benefits, and track project outcomes.
定义成功指标，量化业务收益并跟踪项目成效。
2. Develop AI Solutions | 开发AI解决方案
1、Design and develop AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, quality, warehouse efficiency, and decision-making with professional internal and outside vendor.
设计和开发AI解决方案，提升生产力、质量、仓库效率及决策能力。
2、Build intelligent applications using Large Language Models, AI Agents, Machine Learning, and automation technologies.

3、Develop intelligent assistants, data applications, and workflow automation tools through copilots and diversity AI tools.

1、Collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured operational data.

2、Build predictive, classification, optimization, and computer vision models for manufacturing applications.

3、Translate analytical results into actionable insights and intuitive visualizations.

4. Drive AI Transformation | 推动AI转型落地
1、Participate in enterprise AI and digital transformation programs and scale proven solutions across operations.

2、Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools for business applicability.
跟踪前沿AI技术、平台与工具，并评估其业务应用价值。
3、Support responsible AI, data security, governance, documentation, and knowledge

Qualifications | 任职要求

Education 教育背景
Bachelor degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学、数据科学、软件工程、自动化、机器人、数学、统计学、工业工程或相关专业。
Experience 工作经验
Campus hiring position; no full-time work experience required.
校招岗位，无全职工作经验要求。
Internship or project experience in AI, data analytics, machine learning, computer vision, software development, or digital transformation is preferred.
具有AI、数据分析、机器学习、计算机视觉、软件开发或数字化转型相关实习或项目经验者优先。
Core Programming & Data Skills 编程与数据能力
Proficient in Python and familiar with common data and AI libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
熟练掌握Python，熟悉Pandas、NumPy、scikit-learn、PyTorch或TensorFlow等数据与AI工具。Familiar with SQL, APIs, Git, and basic software engineering practices.
熟悉SQL、API、Git及基础软件工程实践。
Machine Learning 机器学习能力
Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
掌握机器学习与深度学习基础。
Able to perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

Generative AI & Agents 生成式AI与智能体
Familiar with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and AI Agent concepts.
熟悉大语言模型、Prompt Engineering、检索增强生成、向量数据库及AI Agent概念。
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms is preferred.

Experience with computer vision, optimization, process automation, or manufacturing data applications is a plus.
