Task& Responsibilities：
1.Support the sales team with data analysis, customer order and sales reports.
2.Prepare Excel-based reports: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.
3.Assist in preparing sales documents (PPTs, quotations, product materials).
4.Support customer communication follow-up and internal coordination.
5.Handle meeting minutes, documentation filing, and daily admin tasks.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the sales manager.
7.Sales forecast, Sales plan, offering, bidding, contract negotiating and signing, sales channels (direct and distributor ) development and management.
8.Project management, including project planning, risk management, sales order management, OTD, Invoicing, AR clear, customer complaints and change order management, etc.
9.Customers and end-users relationship development and management, and customer satisfaction continuous improvement.

Requirements：
1.Undergraduate or postgraduate students in any major (Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical/Electrical majors preferred).
2.Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
Available at least 4 days per week.
