What You'll Do

1. Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and digital promotions.
2. Assist in social media content creation and management (WeChat, Weibo, etc.).
3. Maintain marketing databases and CRM records, and track marketing leads.
4. Help prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight collection.
6. Coordinate with vendors and support budget tracking for marketing activities.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing and product support.
8. Participate in various marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Who We're Looking For
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s students are preferred.
2. Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
3. Prior internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or market research is a plus.
4. Interested in B2B and industrial marketing.
5. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
8. Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

主要职责：

1. 协助策划和执行市场活动，包括展会、研讨会、客户活动及线上推广活动。
2. 支持市场推广项目和品牌传播工作，包括宣传资料、营销内容及推广材料的制作与管理。
3. 协助维护社交媒体平台（微信公众号、微博等），支持内容策划与运营。
4. 负责市场线索（Leads）收集、CRM系统数据维护及相关跟进工作。
5. 开展市场调研和竞争对手分析，收集行业信息及客户反馈，为市场决策提供支持。
6. 协助供应商管理、预算跟踪及市场活动相关协调工作。
7. 支持销售团队提供产品资料、市场工具及其他业务支持材料。
8. 参与跨部门合作项目，完成市场部日常运营及其他相关工作。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商科、传播类相关专业优先；
2. 硕士在读优先；
3. 有市场营销、市场调研或传播相关实习经历者优先；
4. 对B2B及工业品营销感兴趣；
5. 良好的中英文表达与沟通能力；
6. 积极主动，责任心强，注重细节；
7. 具备良好的团队协作、组织协调及多任务管理能力。
