Internship Period
October 2026 – May 2027, 5 days per week is preferred.

Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting
Assist in daily accounting operations, including voucher preparation, document scanning, and filing. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
2. Reimbursement Review
Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies. Validate receipts and ensure proper approval workflows are followed.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Support the AP/AR team in invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and three-way matching (PO, GR, Invoice). Assist in tracking outstanding receivables.
4. Financial Reporting & Data Entry
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and basic analysis. Perform data entry into the Sales Contract System and maintain data accuracy.
5. Banking related
Be responsible of bank statement reconciliations and commercial loan management.
6. Ad-hoc Tasks
Support other administrative tasks within the finance department as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
1. Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2. Professional Skills
Solid financial accounting theories, be familiar with fundamental financial processes such as bookkeeping, expense reimbursement and invoice management. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Personal Attributes:
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
4. English Requirement:
Hold a CET-6 certificate or above, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
Capable of independently reading and writing fully English financial documents and reports;
