职责描述：
1. 学习并参与COE相关的人力资源组织发展、人才发展、薪酬绩效管理、招聘、员工关系等工作，提升业务能力；
2. 参与人力资源项目工作、人力资源相应模块体系制度的搭建与优化，锻炼自身流程规划与设计的能力；
3. 协助所在项目或部门完成日常人力分析报表，为公司领导及相关部门的经营决策提供支持。
任职要求：
1. 统招2027届硕士及以上学历，人力资源及其相关专业（有人力资源课程学习）；
2. 具有较强的独立学习和工作的能力，能够敏锐把握行业动态，思维活跃、有积极进取的精神和成就动机；
3. 具备良好的人际交往技能，具有良好的职业操守及团队合作精神，优秀的学习能力和管理潜能。

ob Responsibilities
1. Learn and participate in core HR work, including organization development, talent development, compensation and performance management, recruitment, and employee relations, to build professional HR capabilities.
2. Take part in HR projects and help build and optimize HR systems and rules, to improve your ability of process planning and design.
3. Assist in preparing daily HR analysis reports, providing data support for the company’s management and business decisions.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. Majors in Human Resources or related fields with relevant HR course learning experience are preferred.
2. Strong independent learning and working ability, sensitive to industry trends, active in thinking, self-motivated and eager to achieve results.
3. Good interpersonal skills, professional ethics and team spirit, with excellent learning ability and management potential.
