岗位职责：
1、负责跟踪效率、人力及生产率等重要指标并制定合适行动计划，推进生产/物流持续改进，包括生产线平衡、生产计划优化及 6S 管理的实行与改善；
2、开展生产作业分析，制定作业说明书，评估产能与人力并制作报告，以提高工作效率、降低人工成本；
3、熟悉工厂生产运作、管理及工艺规范，协助部门总监完成日常相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、工业工程等相关专业；
2、具有较强的项目管理及数据分析能力；
3、思维逻辑严谨,有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力,抗压能力强。


Job Responsibilities

Track key indicators including production efficiency, manpower allocation and productivity, formulate corresponding action plans, and promote continuous improvement of production and logistics, including production line balancing, production plan optimization, and the implementation and upgrading of 6S management.
Conduct production operation analysis, formulate standard operating procedures, evaluate production capacity and manpower, and compile analytical reports to improve operational efficiency and reduce labor costs.
Familiar with factory production operation, management and process specifications, and assist the department director in daily operational management work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Design, Industrial Engineering and other related fields.
Strong capabilities in project management and data analysis.
Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and outstanding pressure resistance. 公司简要介绍：
