岗位职责：
1.协助产品经理完成业务需求调研、用户访谈记录整理与分析，提炼核心需求点。
2.参与产品原型设计与PRD撰写，跟进需求从设计到上线的全流程。
3.协助竞品分析与行业调研，输出结构化的调研报告。
4.跟踪项目进度，协调研发、测试、业务等多方沟通，推动需求按期交付。
5.参与产品上线后的数据跟踪与问题反馈收集，提出优化建议。
岗位要求：
1.2027届本科或硕士在读，计算机、工业设计、信息管理、自动化等相关专业优先。
2.沟通表达清晰，能将复杂问题简洁准确地传达给不同角色。
善于独立思考与主动提问，对产品逻辑有好奇心，不满足于表面理解。
学习能力强，能快速上手Axure/墨刀等原型工具，熟悉基本的产品方法论加分。
3.有B端产品实习经验、或参与过互联网/数字化相关项目者优先。
做事有条理，抗压能力好，能适应多线程并行的工作节奏。


Job Responsibilities

Assist senior product managers in business demand research, organize and analyze user interview records, and summarize core user demands.
Participate in product prototype design and PRD drafting, and follow up the whole process of requirements from design to official launch.
Support competitor analysis and industry research, and deliver structured research reports.
Track project progress, coordinate communication among R&D, testing and business teams, and ensure on-time delivery of product requirements.
Monitor operational data after product launch, collect user feedback and put forward product optimization suggestions.

Job Requirements

Candidates who will graduate in 2027 with bachelor’s or master’s degree.Majors in Computer Science, Industrial Design, Information Management, Automation and other related fields are preferred.
Possess clear communication skills to deliver complex information concisely and accurately to cross-functional teams.
Capable of independent thinking and active questioning, curious about product logic and willing to explore in-depth principles rather than superficial understanding.
Quick learner who can rapidly master prototype tools such as Axure and Modao. Familiarity with basic product methodologies is a plus.
Prior internship experience in B-end products or participation in Internet/digitalization projects is preferred.
Well-organized, pressure-resistant, and capable of handling multi-task parallel work efficiently. 公司简要介绍：
