岗位职责：
1、学习并了解AI领域，掌握数据标注业务流程，负责标注任务的分配、进度跟进与质量抽检，保障项目按时按质交付。
2、参与标注规则的解读与培训执行，制定排班计划与绩效考核数据统计。确保团队准确理解项目标准。
3、收集项目运营数据，协助主管进行产能、效率及质量分析，提出优化建议。
岗位要求：
1、2027届本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、大数据、管理类相关专业优先。
2、细致耐心，具备较强的问题识别能力与责任意识，对重复性工作有良好的抗压能力。
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题解决意识，有学生干部或社会实践经验者优先。


Job Responsibilities

Learn about the AI industry and master the workflow of data annotation business. Be responsible for annotation task allocation, progress tracking and quality spot checks to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
Participate in the interpretation and training of annotation specifications, formulate shift schedules and compile performance appraisal statistics, so that the team can fully understand project standards.
Collect project operation data, assist supervisors in analyzing productivity, efficiency and quality, and put forward optimization suggestions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. No major restriction; Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Management and related majors are preferred.
Meticulous and patient, strong ability to identify problems and sense of responsibility, capable of enduring pressure from repetitive work.
Good communication and coordination skills with problem-solving awareness. Candidates with experience as student cadres or social practice are preferred. 公司简要介绍：
